Hamming it Up for Easter

Michael made a heck of a ham for Easter Sunday.

We had it with fresh spring asparagus and roasted red potatoes that were finished with butter, salt and pepper, fresh parsley and--get this--lemon zest. Yumski!


Looking forward to leftovers!
