Tonight we made a delicious version of our favorite
Honey Hole sammich, the El Guapo. Delish! We roasted up some thinly sliced green bell peppers and red onion. Then we took some whole wheat hamburger buns (haha, buns) and toasted them in the oven with a slice of smoked gouda on one half, and some white cheddar OR Mt. Townsend Seastack on the other side. When those came out of the oven we put on the peppers and onions, a little ranch dressing, some sliced fresh tomato, and voila!
